📋 Description
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications that enhance stakeholder engagement. • Work closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Operations and Accounting teams to understand user needs. • Design, Develop and Automate process flows for data collection, analytics, and dashboards. • Lead a small team of developers in-house or otherwise in developing tech solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer • Proficiency in CRM technologies • Experience working on Frappe and ERP Next is highly preferred • Proficiency in database technologies and dashboarding tools and visualizations • Experience working on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment processes. • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to create user-centric digital solutions. • Experience working on tech-driven social impact projects is highly preferred. • Ability to collaborate with non-technical teams and translate their needs into technology requirements and solutions.
