• Can you pinpoint an ineffective/inefficient business process when you see one? And better yet, can you come up with ideas on how to make it more efficient and effective? • In the Senior Sales Engineer - Financials role, you will act as a strategic advisor to prospects, customers, and the UiPath salesforce with a focus on Banking and Financial Services customers. • You will uncover the value that Automation and AI can bring to existing business processes, and to design new processes using UiPath platform capabilities. • You will help secure the technical win and identify high value uses of our technology within our customer base by collaborating with and orchestrating necessary resources throughout the customer lifecycle.
• A background in domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance (BFSI) • An understanding of technical landscapes and the ability to architect complex solutions • Demonstrated experience of simplifying and communicating complex concepts to a technical and business audience • Knowledge and understanding of Lean Principles and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies • Ability to empathize with co-workers and customers • Curiosity to learn and master your craft • Coachable and willing to learn to adapt to a changing environment • Experience working with Global 2000 enterprises – solving their problems with technology • A background in consulting, sales engineering, or running automation programs • Ability to travel 20-25%
