• As part of the ongoing growth of UiPath, the UiPath Presales Organization is on an upward growth trajectory – helping to transform and mature the Business Automation Market. • The opportunity that is before us will need the best Automation Professionals. • In this role you will focus on partnering with the Enterprise Sales teams to generate revenue with technical ownership of the opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle. • As a Sales Engineer you must possess a winning combination of technical and business skills, the ability to present and demonstrate our solutions to a broad spectrum of audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken German and English language is mandatory, every other language is a plus. • The ability to work in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and Fast. • Good balance of technical, business and sales skills. • Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales/Sales Engineering/Solution Architect position. • Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills with proven experience, building strong internal and external relationships. • Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents. • UiPath platform knowledge is a plus. • SAP knowledge is a plus. • Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology. • Driven approach with a solution selling mindset. • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption. • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to travel.
