• BEMS Project Engineer - London • Maintain & Service existing BEMS systems, identifying and rectifying any faults or irregularities and ensuring all remedial and small projects are delivered successfully on time to specification, with the intention of always exceeding the client’s expectations. • Offer clients opportunities for any upgrades or improvements to the control systems, delivering a fantastic and professional service to both new and existing clients. • Proactive field-based customer facing activity, focusing on quality, customer relationships and service delivery. • Attend customer sites to investigate and rectify faulty control systems, including field wiring, electrical control panels, GUI’s and BMS controllers. • Undertake service and maintenance of control systems on customer sites following detailed service schedules. • Control panel modifications and installations as required. • Small Works Projects or Remedial Works. • Provide the customer with written reports detailing works carried out and highlight and detail any further works required to rectify faulty equipment. • Ensure that the Company’s Quality standard and other compliance standards are continually maintained and adhered to.
• Strong engineering background with a minimum of 5 years as a BEMS Service Engineer. • Solid experience of TREND hardware, networks and or Tridium control platforms. • C & G level 2 upwards or equivalent Electrical qualifications. • Able to demonstrate strong diagnostic skills on control problems. • Must have an excellent mechanical plant knowledge. • Happy to work within a team but also have a proactive approach working alone and managing your own time. • Excellent interpersonal skills, to motivate and influence at all levels. • The ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must have a full driving licence.
