📋 Description
• Proactive and skilled A/C Bias Engineer position in a rewarding opportunity • Conducting planned and reactive maintenance in various locations across the South East • Maintenance tasks encompass HVAC systems, M&E equipment, basic electrical and plumbing works • Timely completion of maintenance tasks within specified time frames
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working in a commercial environment • Competent working knowledge of building systems and services maintenance • Excellent customer service skills • Valid F Gas Qualification • Proven experience as an A/C/refrigeration engineer with electrical and plumbing systems • Preferably experience in a customer-facing role • Well-presented with strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and proactively complete tasks • Good understanding and application of Health and Safety standards
