🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in tendering, proposals, or a similar role within the offshore engineering or construction industry. • Strong understanding of technical specifications, project management, and commercial terms. • Proficiency in tendering software, CRMs, MS Office, and data analysis tools. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
