• Overseeing new user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROI • Ensuring efficient allocation of budgets across various channels • Enhancing user acquisition efforts by conducting A/B tests and implementing strategies to meet performance objectives • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of emerging trends • Collaborating with the Analytics team to develop data-driven insights, set and track targets, and create reporting tools for monitoring and evaluating success • Work closely with in-house creative teams to produce compelling marketing assets, utilizing trends and testing frameworks • Support the management of relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms and media agencies
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mathematics or relevant field or equivalent experience • Experience in managing advertising campaigns for multi-platform games across different channels (E.g. Facebook, Google, Unity) and international markets • Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI • Data driven mindset to understand and use data to identify insights and creative solutions to growth problems • Strong presentation skills and proficient with Excel and PowerPoint or other presentation software • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive outcomes in a collaborative setting • An ability to iterate quickly and operate independently in a demanding and dynamic environment • An appetite to learn, grow, and take on increasingly more responsibility
