📋 Description
• Responsible for onboarding new clients and overseeing existing clients in luxury travel. • Evaluate client inquiries, encourage bookings, and pair clients with internal travel advisors. • Maintain communication to remind clients of offerings and provide support as needed. • Lead Account Analysis meetings to review bookings and profits. • Contribute to team success through project facilitation.
🎯 Requirements
• Travel Agency experience required. • Professional English level required (C1/C2). • Previous HubSpot experience required. • 3+ years of account management experience. • Hospitality industry background - must have a 5-star, customer-centric mindset. • Must thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. • Natural ability to influence others through a positive, enthusiastic, & passionate personality.
