• Conduct root cause analysis of customer churn drivers • Develop and refine forecasting models for churn • Analyze customer behaviors and retention metrics using SQL, Python, and Alteryx • Support retention strategy by collaborating with the retention segmentation analysis team • Identify key business drivers and variations in churn rates • Evaluate the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels • Provide strategic recommendations based on churn analysis • Support the creation of dynamic reporting frameworks
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related role • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Alteryx • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
