📋 Description

• Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team. • Provide strategic leadership for UMP’s Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. • Oversee enterprise programs in learning and development, performance management, and organizational development. • Lead, coach, and develop UMP’s HRBP team, ensuring alignment with business segments. • Implement effective communication and change management strategies. • Build tools and processes within the HRBP team to enhance engagement. • Oversee performance management processes and employee relations strategies. • Partner on the design and implementation of career pathing and competency frameworks. • Guide HRBP team in supporting employee engagement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with proven success leading HR Business Partner teams in complex, growth-focused environments. • Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in a complex, multi-state, matrixed organization, with proven ability to align strategies across diverse markets and stakeholder groups. • Experience working with physician/provider populations and in healthcare, multi-site, or private equity-backed organizations is strongly preferred. • Proven ability to navigate M&A integration, organizational design, and change leadership. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence physician leaders, executives, and business teams in a highly matrixed multi state environment. • Data-driven decision-maker with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
