📋 Description

• The Senior Manager, Privacy Operations is a principal member of the newly formed Privacy Operations team • This individual will work with Global Privacy and Data Governance Leadership to develop and oversee the day-to-day Privacy operations and governance processes • The Senior Manager plays a key role in the deployment and operations of UMG’s new Consent Management Platform • Serve as the primary coordinator and collaborator between UMG’s Direct-to-Fan business teams, Global Privacy, Global Data Security and Global Tech on new D2C initiatives and issue resolution • Function as Program Manager to ensure development of UMGs Privacy Operations function progresses in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years working in Privacy for global, complex direct-to-consumer organizations • Data Governance work experience is desirable • Successful Program Management experience is required • Must have demonstrated the ability to effectively work across functions to meet business goals • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Must have hands-on experience implementing and operating Enterprise, integrated Consent Management and Governance Platforms such as Transcend.io, OneTrust or similar • Must have a track record of successful collaboration across business functions and territories in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree required • Privacy Certifications (CIPP, CIPM or equivalent) or equivalent work experience is highly desirable
