Description
• Drive the next iteration of Time & Expense functionality within our flagship GovCon ERP system. • Establish, deliver and measure success for the time and expense roadmap. • Develop a thorough understanding of GovCon personas. • Collaborate with the engineering team in sprint activities. • Execute Go-To-Market plans with Product Marketing, tailored to the GovCon sector. • Coordinate escalated issues related to time and expense with technical support and engineering.
Requirements
• 8+ years of business-to-business (B2B) software product management experience in the time and expense domain. • Extensive knowledge of time tracking and expense reporting. • Familiarity with government contracting (GovCon) compliance requirements (e.g., DCAA standards, SCA wages, FAR). • Strong communication skills with a focus on navigating complex workflows and compliance requirements and gaining alignment with multiple stakeholders. • Experience working within Agile software development environments and ability to contribute effectively to iterative planning. • Accountability and drive to deliver high-quality products. • Ability to occasionally travel to headquarters for meetings and to customer sites. • Bachelor’s degree.
