Description

• Responsible for leading Unanet implementations. • Understand and interpret client's business requirements. • Assist clients with their month-end close and reconciliation cycle. • Initiate and support the customer throughout the implementation process. • Coordinate requirements gathering and configuration activities. • Mentor less experienced consultants. • Lead customer training during engagements. • Adhere to implementation process milestones. • Coordinate with project manager for project schedules and budgets. • Maintain target utilization as determined by supervisor. • Support continuous improvement of Professional Services processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, ideally B2B software. • Experience in the AEC (Architecture/Engineering, and Construction) industry. • Experience with various accounting systems and project management. • Proficient with large data sets using Excel. • Proficient in understanding and documenting complex business requirements. • Experience leading large and complex projects.
