Description
• Dynamic, client-facing Senior Technical Support Systems Specialist role • Learn Unanet's product offering and integration tools • Collaborate with Product Development and Technical Services to implement iPaaS integration solutions • Support existing interfaces built using legacy integration technologies • Maintain ongoing integration project schedules • Develop new methods of integrating with third-party software systems • Build repeatable Workato recipes to transition customers off Automated Analyst service
Requirements
• 4+ years client-facing technical consulting or development experience • Proven experience working with REST APIs and building third-party software integrations with Workato iPaaS • Development experience using Java, including Spring framework • Expertise with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel Refreshable Web Queries • Ability to work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues • Ability to multi-task across numerous client projects • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and team skills • High level of initiative, capable of working alone and as part of a team • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
