Description

• Lead the technical implementation of customer projects from project definition phase to go-live, in close collaboration with the customer and the Business Project Lead • Provide support and maintenance for customers and partners, including troubleshooting and optimization for performance and security • Collaborate with the R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues • Ensure the monitoring of the system infrastructure and operational system productivity • Analyze and reproduce system and product errors • Execute and assure customer deliveries, data backup, product and service deployments

Requirements

• Prior work experience on relevant position • Fluency in English, German is a plus • Knowledge and practical experience with Apache, Tomcat, Linux, including shell scripting • Client-facing experience working closely with customers as a consultant • Advanced knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.) • Very good knowledge of Network technologies, including TCP/IP protocol suite, Proxies, Web application firewalls etc. • Proficient in System Administration Tools • Excellent organizational skills, loyalty and interpersonal skills • High level of detail orientation with the ability to succeed in an environment of shifting deadlines and priorities • Proactive, helpful, can-do attitude, demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
