• Thoroughly understand market segments, their needs, use cases, buyer personas and their journeys, to build persuasive, differentiated messaging, content and assessments. • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform our strategies and differentiate our product in the market. • Conduct win/loss, churn analysis, and monitor market trends, then curate this information at the right level for constituents cross-functionally. • Be a strategic partner to our Product team throughout the product development lifecycle by providing customer and market insights and collaborating on solutions. • Leverage your customer research, product usage analysis, and market feedback to understand product use cases and communicate them internally and externally. • Working collaboratively with Product Managers, own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and partner with Product and GTM teams to drive adoption. • Craft compelling marketing collateral that drives customer engagement and conversion, including but not limited to impactful website landing pages, website content, and sales enablement material. • Become a recognized and respected leader by advancing the Unicourt’s narrative, by building and sharing thought provoking content in writing, at customer events, conferences, webinars, sales meetings, and with analysts and the press. • Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that drive product awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. • Develop/manage marketing strategies/plans/campaigns and automations, working closely with product managers, sales and other members of the marketing team to create industry-leading experiences that generate a healthy pipeline, optimize our lead capture and conversion rates, and increase customer expansion. • Identify metrics, including influenced pipeline, share of voice, and drive regular communication on progress for the GTM team. • Working closely with the product team, build and manage the execution of product launches and releases including marketing plans and documentation. • Own all aspects of sales and partner enablement and our sales product demo. Produce demo scripts, act as a product expert and source of information and documentation for the rest of the organization, to enable sales and post-sales team members on all aspects of the product. Write help articles, create product videos, and other sales and customer enablement materials. • Create content and campaigns that help customers understand and unlock product value for our customers through written guides, tutorial videos, webinars, customer stories, and more.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing at high-tech companies that target IT organizations. • Outstanding intellect, drive and interpersonal skills are paramount. • High sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes. • Deep knowledge and understanding of cloud, security, enterprise SaaS/software or networking. • Ability to creatively message technical security concepts to a broad audience of customers and prospects. • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, obsessive attention to detail. • Confident presenter, on stage, video, webinars. • Analytical with a creative mind, able to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. • Proven ability to build and manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.
