• Engage and convert leads provided by Unified Growth Partners, focusing on understanding client needs and recommending appropriate plans. • Participate in training programs and ongoing development to build sales skills and product knowledge. • Educate clients on their healthcare and financial service options and provide information to assist them in making informed decisions. • Work to meet or exceed sales goals, with guidance from senior team members and leadership. • Gain familiarity with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and traditional insurance products to better serve clients.

Requirements

• Sales Potential: A desire to begin or further develop a career in sales and are committed to personal growth within the industry. • Reliability and Accountability: Demonstrated work ethic, responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset. • Client-Focused Attitude: Empathy for clients’ needs and a commitment to building trusting relationships. • Willingness to Learn: Receptiveness to feedback and an eagerness to improve through training and mentorship. • Licensing Requirement: Active health and life insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of joining Unified Growth Partners. • Educational Requirement: A High School diploma or GED. Advanced education preferred. • Spanish fluency desired.
