📋 Description

• Provide Leadership and oversight in delivery of projects including Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Human Resources, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Apps, Power BI, Power Platform (“D365”) and related ISV products. • Be responsible for a set of projects in the D365 ERP practice at Unify Dots and all ERP team members in India. • Meet quarterly profit targets setup for the D365 ERP practice. • Ensure retention and growth of assigned D365 client base. • Manage any customer escalations across all ERP projects. • Manage client engagement and lead client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. • Ensure these requirements are captured in Business Scenario Documents/ Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project and onto Azure DevOps. • Lead Conference Room Pilots to show case the D365 solution to clients where necessary. • Review Project deliverables including BSDs, Design Documents, Training documents, Videos, Test Cases, Conference Room Pilot Materials, Go Live Checklists and other project artifacts. • Prepare Solution Architecture and other Solution leadership documents. • Work closely with Customers & Functional Consultants and Architects to understand business challenges and provide solutions on D365. • Monitor timesheets of team members of projects in assigned ERP practice on a weekly basis and ensure team members are productively engaged. • Manage engagement for Microsoft Fast Track team audit and review of the project when required. • Work with Accelerate lead and contribute templates including business scenario documents, design templates or migration templates, Training documents, Project management artifacts that can then be used by the team as a standard. • Ensure the team follows a good release management process with release documentation and ensure that Build Verification Testing (“BVT”) is done once a release is made to validate the release. • Liaison with Microsoft for complex issues and for advanced support. • Write 3-4 D365 blog articles per year on the Unify Dots blog. • Provide pre-sales support by providing estimates for D365 implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and conduct solution walkthroughs and product demonstrations for D365 and associated technologies for prospective and existing customers and gain their trust and acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• Has been Solution Architect level position for at least 3 Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain ERP project • Has at least 15 years of ERP experience out of which at least 10 years of experience should be with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain and Dynamics AX 2012 experience. • Holds at least one active recognized certification on Dynamics 365 Finance or Dynamics 365 Supply Chain ERP including MB-310, MB-330 or MB-700. • Has managed at least a team of 10 people
