Description

• Answers phone calls and/or live chat contacts from patrons of public libraries • Acts as the Information Desk for libraries • Handles phone based patron inquiries from home • Energetic, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Excellent use of the English language • Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred - $1 additional per hour • Excellent oral and written communication skills • At least 6 months phone based customer service experience • Excellent keyboarding and computer skills • At least two years post high school education is highly desired • Must have reliable, high speed internet connection
