📋 Description
• UnisLink’s Client Onboarding Specialists ensure seamless transition for new healthcare clients into RCM services. • Guide new provider clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a structured and efficient transition. • Collect, verify, and process all required client documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. • Provide hands-on training to clients on RCM tools, workflows, and reporting capabilities. • Address challenges during onboarding and refine processes to enhance client experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in client onboarding within the healthcare or RCM industry (Required) • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, medical billing workflows, and healthcare compliance requirements • Strong communication skills to engage with medical providers, practice administrators, and internal teams • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and onboarding tasks simultaneously • Experience working with onboarding software, CRM tools, and RCM platforms
