Description

• Manage a personal pipeline of leads from prospecting to closure • Build the pipeline as the first point of contact for potential customers through a consultative approach • Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in terms of funnel management and closures • Independently plan and conduct personal activities to ensure pipeline health and stability • Contribute to enhancing user-friendliness in acquisition, such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives • Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain a competitive market position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent sales experience in B2C • Natural sales talent with strong business acumen • Exceptional negotiation skills • Experience negotiating transactions from cold calls to closure • Familiarity with real estate transaction closure process is beneficial • Familiarity with financial concepts like IRR and NPV preferred • Experience in commercial real estate, mortgages, telecommunications, mineral rights acquisition, or renewable energy preferred
