• Lead and Manage: Supervise, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers and data engineers, promoting an inclusive and high-performance culture • Technical Leadership: Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, maintainable software systems that integrate seamlessly with the Uniswap Protocol • Blockchain Data Integration: Oversee the extraction and transformation of blockchain and other data sources, ensuring quality and accuracy • Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define priorities, shape technical solutions, and deliver key features • Project Management: Plan, prioritize, and manage projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of key features • Innovation and Scalability: Drive initiatives to optimize data retrieval and processing, enhancing the performance of our systems as data volumes grow.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in software engineering roles, with at least 2 years of engineering management experience • Strong experience in software development and familiarity with blockchain data structures and APIs • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, collaborative engineering teams • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
