Description

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers and site reliability engineers • Develop and execute strategies for improving security and reliability • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security measures • Manage the reliability, availability, and performance of company services and infrastructure • Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders • Advocate for security and reliability best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in security engineering and/or site reliability engineering • Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies • Proven experience with reliability engineering practices • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools • Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration systems • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
