Description

• Responsible for developing, architecting and presenting business / technical roadmaps to meet client needs. • Own the “sales story”, ensure solution robustness and be overall responsible for ensuring solutions deliver value. • Lead the full solution and roadmap development cycle, while interacting closely with Sales. • Support Sales Executives shape deals in the early stages, provide technical expertise and understand the value of the solutions offered. • Work with all Unisys business units to ensure seamless combination of all offerings. • Lead client orals at all stages of the bid, ensuring correct participation and representation. • Ensures solutions demonstrate business value of partnership with Unisys. • Educate Unisys customers on outcomes, benefits and value associated with our solutions. • Discovers, identifies and articulates previously unrecognized business value opportunities. • Ensures innovation is repeatable and contributes collateral to the solutioning community. • Identifies risks and initiates resolution programs, escalating as appropriate.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with 12+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. • Master’s/ Advanced degree a plus. • 8-10+ years directly in solutioning and winning multi tower and full ITO propositions with 5-7+ years’ experience working in a presales or solution selling organization with global experience. • Strong understand of Enterprise technology stacks across workplace, cloud, infrastructure and enterprise applications. • Strong sales acumen with proven experience on how to deliver client presentations that “tell the story” demonstrate the value and ultimately win. • Strong experience in enterprise sales pursuit process and stages. • Demonstrates expert knowledge across a wide range of outsourcing services and solutions. • Expert in emerging solutions, roadmap and the business applications of technology. • Recognized thought leadership both internally and externally. • Understand the various 3 rd party advisor led procurement processes (ISG CAS for example). • Expert knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitor products and services portfolio. • Develops best practices for innovative financial models in outsourcing services that bring long term business value to customer solutions. • Strategic, deep understanding of Total Cost of Ownership, its relation to demonstrating an ROI and capturing business value for analysis. • Recognized industry expertise and experience. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture. • At least one Microsoft, CISCO or Cloud certification credential. • CISSP or other security credential is advantageous.
