📋 Description

Great opportunities. • Manage maintenance, alteration, and repair of facilities. • Conduct site assessments and audit facilities. • Submit site measurements into facility database. • Analyze facility condition reports; prioritize projects. • Manage facility maintenance and modification projects. • Prepare scope of work for bid proposals; select vendors and negotiate contracts. • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Assist in development of preventative maintenance programs.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in related field (Construction, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent combination of technical experience and education • IFMA certification preferred • 5+ years’ experience in management of facilities and services to multi-Fortune 500 company • Familiarity with state & local code, OSHA, etc. • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, FACTRAC or other facility management database (SAMTRAC, Siteseer, etc.) • 70% travel required
