• Unlock’s mission is to unleash the power of home equity to enrich people’s lives. • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our dynamic finance team at our fintech / proptech company. • The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to support our company's financial planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, preferably in the financial services industry or mortgage lending sector. • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis techniques. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders. • Proven leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications; experience with ERP systems, especially Netsuite a plus. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of finance and accounting.
