Description

• Unlock’s mission is to unleash the power of home equity to enrich people’s lives. • The Head of Product plays a pivotal role in driving the company's product strategy and development. • Responsible for leading a team of talented product managers and designers. • Working closely with Marketing and Engineering to create innovative and user-friendly products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, a related field, or suitable industry experience. • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. • Proven track record of leading product development teams and delivering successful products. • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices. • Excellent understanding of split testing, user research, metrics and analytics. • Experience with agile methodologies and product development tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and leadership skills. • Passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset. • Experience working with home equity investment products or real estate-related technologies preferred. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry preferred.
