Requirements
• At least 8 years of B2B or B2G product management experience, some at early stage company • Managed product from zero-to-one, navigating product’s journey to product-market-fit • Grown with companies from 10 to 50+ teammates, playing product leadership role • Excellent boundary-setter, prioritizer, and communicator • Eye for lean product design, iterative implementation and user experience • Comfortable discussing technical feasibility of product decisions with engineering team • Deeply self-motivated and excited to be one of eighteen teammates at early stage company • Conscientious team-player mentality, open to others’ ideas • Genuine curiosity about farmers and eagerness to support their success
