• Unlock’s mission is to unleash the power of home equity to enrich people’s lives. • The Revenue Operations Analyst is responsible for managing the creation and analysis of reporting related to sales performance, customer service activities and customer conversion. • This includes tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and insights, and making data-driven recommendations to improve sales strategies and tactics. • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, experience using data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Strong understanding of sales operations, including customer acquisition and conversion metrics. • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven experience using data to drive continuous improvement in training programs and optimize team performance. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
