• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Solution Consultant to join our team. • This pivotal role will support our sales and account teams by providing pre-sales technical discovery, product demonstrations, technical scoping, and addressing complex feature questions during the sales process. • This individual will reside within the Revenue Office and will work in close partnership with our cross-functional leads and teams to help fuel growth and revenue goals with solution architecture for our proprietary product suite. • This role will align business development, product expertise, and client growth strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing and/or strategic planning SaaS products. • Proven track record in a pre-sales technical role, with a strong aptitude for technical support selling. • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and product solutions. • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, with a focus on teamwork and knowledge sharing. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities. • Ability to take direction and input, balanced with an informed clear point of view to allow for informed push-back if necessary • Positive “can-do” attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects and the dense demands of competing (and often aggressive/quick turnaround) project timelines.
