📋 Description
• Contribuez au développement de la solution SQOOL et de ses plateformes • Responsable de l’élaboration et de l’exécution de la stratégie produit • Travaillez à la conception et spécification du produit avec les équipes UX / UI • Anticipation de planning et bonne compréhension des enjeux techniques • Être attentif aux tendances du marché pour proposer des fonctionnalités • Collaboration avec le pôle UX research pour répondre aux attentes des utilisateurs • Participation à l’élaboration et exécution de la roadmap produit • Faire vivre le backlog et prioriser les développements des fonctionnalités • Contribution aux rituels agiles avec l'équipe • Co-construction avec l’équipe technique des éléments nécessaires à la réalisation • Assurer la valeur et la qualité des livrables • Mise en place d’indicateurs de suivi pour mesurer les usages • Communication sur l'avancement de la réalisation du produit auprès des parties prenantes
🎯 Requirements
• Bac+5 école de commerce, université ou école d’ingénieur • Plusieurs années d’expériences significatives sur un poste de product owner • Au moins une expérience dans une équipe avec d’autres POs / PM • Bonne compréhension des contraintes techniques d’une application Windows, Android ou d’un site internet • Expérience dans le développement de logiciels ou applications est un vrai plus • Excellent relationnel, bon communicant et diplomate • Rigoureux(se) et pédagogue, sens du détail, esprit de synthèse • Niveau d'anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit
