Description

• We are seeking an experienced product leader to elevate the maturity of our product management, design, and operational processes • Oversee our Product Management Team, working closely with our CEO and The Content Team Lead to shape and influence product and design decisions across all product features • This position is remote with some travel required for onboarding, team meetings, and professional development events.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing high-performing, inclusive product teams. • Product Development: Over 5 years of experience with user-facing software products, especially in startup or agile environments. • Process Improvement: Proven ability to iterate on and improve team systems and operational processes. • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and build effective teams. • Data Analysis: Advanced skills in data analysis and familiarity with user data platforms.
