Description

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and efficient software architectures. • Take ownership of full development lifecycles for complex software projects. • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing technical expertise. • Tackle challenging technical issues by diagnosing bugs and architectural problems. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers for technical solutions. • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the team. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, Go, or JavaScript. • Experience designing scalable, high-performance systems and leading the development of complex applications. • Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior developers. • Excellent debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues and lead efforts to resolve them. • Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, as well as API design (RESTful, GraphQL).
