📋 Description

• UPLabs.us is a dynamic venture studio dedicated to building innovative startup companies from the ground up. • Seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing team. • Contribute to our mission of launching the next wave of successful startups. • Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust software solutions. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality products that align with business goals. • Help shape the technical direction of multiple projects within our venture ecosystem. • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable fullstack applications, writing clean and efficient code, implementing and managing APIs and microservices, optimizing application performance, mentoring junior developers, participating in architectural discussions, and ensuring best practices in security, testing, and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the capability to drive frontend and backend architectural decisions. • Proficient in building server-side applications and APIs using JavaScript or TypeScript with Node in the backend. • Strong experience with Python for backend development and scripting, using Django, Flask, or equivalent frameworks. • Advanced knowledge of React for building dynamic frontend applications with React. • Proficiency in Redux or Context API for managing application state effectively, along with a strong understanding of Git, Git Workflows, and branching strategies for version control. • Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs. • Experience building fullstack apps with SSR and API with Next.js and Vercel. • Experience integrating Clerk for authentication and user session management. • Strong understanding of middleware and RESTful API development. • Knowledge of tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for deployment and infrastructure management. • Experience building applications using Retool is a plus.
