Description

• Trusted by 800,000 monthly active users, UpCodes is a compliance and product research platform. • You will lead the team and invest in our internal tech, tooling, and processes. • Oversee content team operations; manage internal and contractor team. • Develop and refine workflows and internal tooling to streamline Content processes. • Collaborate with Content, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align content with company goals. • Use data to measure content performance and inform future content strategy. • Oversee tools used in content management and ensure the right tech stack. • The ideal candidate has over 7 years in a tech company managing data or content.

Requirements

• Over 7 years (including 2+ years of management) in a tech company involved in managing large data sets or content. • Proven track record of designing, implementing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes. • Use data to set the right objectives and find the most effective solutions. • Good at managing feedback and using it as a driving force for your work. • Detail-oriented person, raising the team's standards for quality and attention to detail. • Comfortable working across multiple functions and coordinating collective wisdom to drive the product forward. • Can communicate efficiently in writing.
