📋 Description

• UpGuard’s mission is to protect the world’s data. We obsessively seek out elegant, robust ways to enable our customers to find, acknowledge, and remediate cyber risk. • This role is crucial in driving efficiency, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional teams in making data-driven decisions. • Your expertise will help us scale our revenue processes while ensuring compliance, automation, and alignment with our business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue operations, business systems management, or a similar role within a SaaS company. • Proven track record of managing and enhancing revenue technology stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Customer Success Platforms, Automation Platforms, etc.). • Deep understanding of CRM platforms and ability to customize workflows, fields, and data integrations. • Experience with API integrations and third-party platforms to create seamless data flows between systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-centric approach. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
