Description

• Advise and partner with business teams on legal matters. • Manage, draft, and negotiate company contracts. • Provide general legal advice with guidance from the team. • Manage requests for legal document review. • Provide training to sales and services teams. • Advise on contractual obligations and interpret terms.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience either in a firm or in-house. • In-depth understanding of commercial law and SaaS contracting requirements. • Strong skills in negotiating SaaS agreements. • Excellent organizational skills and strong written and verbal communicator. • Attention to detail and common sense. • Extremely customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills. • Ability to build strong working relationships. • Ability to learn quickly and positively contribute to the team. • Ability to work independently in a sometimes ambiguous and complex environment.
