📋 Description
• Support key risk management initiatives for Upstart’s loan portfolios and co-investment structures. • Analyze and interpret complex credit underwriting and performance drivers within AI-based lending models. • Shape risk management strategies and investor narratives in a dynamic market. • Assist in monitoring and managing credit risks across loan portfolios and investment structures. • Conduct data-driven analysis to assess credit performance trends and underwriting dynamics. • Support the development of investor-facing credit narratives and advocacy on AI-based credit underwriting models. • Collaborate cross-functionally with capital markets, analytics and finance teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks. • Support internal and external reporting requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in credit risk, capital markets, structured finance, or a related area. • Strong analytical skills with ability to manage complex cashflow models • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear insights.
