Among other things, this team is responsible for the architecture, infrastructure and development of our people systems. • As a Senior Workday Analyst at Upstart, you’ll be responsible for configuration, maintenance and enhancement of Workday HCM, specifically for all areas touching Total Rewards (Compensation and Benefits). A successful candidate in this role will be experienced in supporting Compensation and Benefits configuration and integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: • Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Integrations • Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix and composite reports • Understand Workday security, SOX compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles • Preferred qualifications: • WD certifications (preferred but not required) • Passion to learn additional Workday modules • Open and enthusiastic to mentor and develop team members • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks • Ability adapt and live by Upstart values: • Every second counts • Do not assume it can’t be done • Do the right thing even when it is hard • Be smart, but know you might be wrong • Make clever use of numbers
