β’ Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and CPQ product knowledge and at least 5 years of direct Salesforce development experience β’ Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java β’ General web development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript preferred β’ A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices β’ Familiarity with release cycle management, including use of code repositories (such as Git/Bitbucket) and Salesforce repository tools, such as Gearset, a plus β’ Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I,CPQ and Salesforce Administrator certifications strongly preferred β’ Proficient Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle, and ticket management software such as Jira or Asana β’ A strategic view when it comes to deciding how code should be written in order to serve the business in the long term β’ Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical specifications β’ Able to work independently β’ Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members β’ Soft skills: the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders
