β€’ Manage financial records for Airbnb properties and real estate ventures. β€’ Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. β€’ Track and categorize expenses, income, and payments. β€’ Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in all financial reporting. β€’ Generate monthly financial statements and reports. β€’ Handle invoicing, bill payments, and accounts payable/receivable. β€’ Assist in preparing documents for tax filings and coordinate with tax professionals. β€’ Support general contractor business with job costing and financial oversight.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in bookkeeping for Airbnb properties, real estate, or property management. β€’ Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. β€’ Strong attention to detail, particularly in tracking income and expenses from multiple sources. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle financial data across different business entities. β€’ Familiarity with real estate or general contracting bookkeeping is preferred. β€’ Reliable, with the ability to work remotely during US business hours.
