Description

• Spearhead new product initiatives, refine existing products, and develop innovative tech solutions that address key healthcare challenges. • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable, technology-driven solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. • Prioritize tasks, set timelines, and manage resources effectively to ensure on-time, high-quality product deliveries. • Continuously generate fresh ideas, analyze product performance, and implement improvements to enhance user satisfaction and product-market fit. • Work closely with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases that meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or technology project management, with a strong focus on healthcare. • Experience with relevant tech stacks, including JavaScript, Angular, Java, and Spring Boot. • Familiarity with server-side rendering is a plus. • Previous work with EMR/EHR software is highly valued. • 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects, translating business problems into tech solutions, and driving business process improvements. • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to successful product launches. • Ideally, experience with companies involved in home visits, patient-provider scheduling, or routing.
