📋 Description

• Responsible for shaping and executing high-impact training initiatives that align with clinical, financial, and service quality goals. • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs across the University of Maryland Medical System. • Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of training initiatives, managing resources, mitigating risks, and optimizing costs. • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, measure training impact, and adapt strategies to evolving priorities. • Work is performed under general direction. Direct report to the Vice President Clinical Systems & Chief of Clinical Informatics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. • 10+ years of experience in training program development and management, instructional design, and workforce education, or similar. • 5+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience managing high-performing teams and overseeing large-scale, enterprise-wide training initiatives.
