🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent IT certifications. • Strong analytical skills for solving complex business requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a true team player. • Self-starter with outstanding analytical abilities. • 5+ years in healthcare IT with knowledge of US healthcare protocols (CPT, ICD-9/10, HIPAA). • 10+ years of database development experience on both on-premise and cloud platforms (MS SQL Server, Azure Synapse preferred). • 5+ years in designing and supporting enterprise data warehouses. • Advanced SQL and Python skills for writing stored procedures and optimizing query performance. • 3+ years with BI solutions like PowerBI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Tableau. • Experience troubleshooting database issues (duplicate keys, inefficient joins/views).
