📋 Description
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms • Manage website development and maintenance, drive user engagement • Gather customer satisfaction data and manage customer communications via social channels • Build influencer partnerships and implement strategies focused on ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value • Innovate with A/B testing and audience segmentation to maximize campaign effectiveness • Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and ensure timely delivery • Supervise email marketing campaigns and review performance metrics • Conduct audience research and post-event surveys to refine marketing efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum three years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing • Proficiency with digital tools (GSuite, Slack, Microsoft Office, Mailchimp) and CMS platforms. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred • Experience in the arts, events, or nonprofit sector • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools • Familiarity with video editing software • Proven success managing influencer partnerships or creating viral campaigns
