• Identify and target large corporations in Japan that can partner with Bounce to offer luggage storage services. • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to engage potential partners, focusing on their specific needs and business objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders in target companies. • Present Bounce's value proposition effectively, highlighting the revenue potential and customer acquisition opportunities for partners. • Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Bounce and our partners. • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners. • Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies as needed. • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic key partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in solution sales or enterprise sales, with a track record of closing deals with large corporations. • Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and commercial practices. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior and executive-level stakeholders. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced startup environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about partner needs and Bounce’s offerings. • Native level in Japanese and business level in English are required.
