• Glass is a small, growing market research company. • Our proprietary survey platform allows customers complete visibility into their projects. • We're a values-based business. • Our team represents a group that puts clients first and cares about people. • This Research Director/Sr. Director role is part of our Research Team. • This role can be at the Director or senior director level, depending upon experience.

Requirements

• You’re a researcher who, at your core, is a team player. • You have 8 or more years of experience in the research industry, with at least 3 being supplier-side and at least 3 being client-facing. • You consider yourself a research expert. • You have experience working with Fortune 500 customers in an account leadership-related role. • While you’ve had experience working higher-level, you’re also able to and eager to run research projects from ideation to execution. • You’re excited about how new technology and business models can disrupt the research industry.
