(ITC) is seeking an experienced Remote Sr. Application/Systems Analyst to support our VA-ESOM—End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline • 5 years of relevant Experience • 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education • Experience monitoring and analyzing application performance, desktop performance, and availability monitoring/reporting using available tools such as, AppDynamics monitoring tools, Orion SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, Science Logic (SL1) monitoring, and other performance monitoring tools as required. • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert (SMEs) for application performance monitoring tools (as mentioned above) for new and onboarded applications, services, and provide onboard presentations during routine health checks • US Citizen or Green card holder • Willing to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability clearance
