•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Information Technology or a related field. •3+ years of experience relevant to the job description, ideally in a security coordinator or operations support position •Knowledge of government contracting, security regulations, and compliance requirements •Experience coordinating highly complex program operations •Experience managing detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders •Experience facilitating communication amongst multiple stakeholders •Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. •Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. •Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. •Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. •Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to take initiative to drive continuous improvement. •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software and tools. •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Experience working with sensitive documentation containing PII, preferably with Clearances and Suitability processes •Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills; customer service experience •Prior experience with data analysis and/or data visualization techniques
