📋 Description
• Lead multiple teams of implementation leaders, project managers, and consultants. • Drive the overall strategy and execution of implementation services. • Ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of HCM solutions. • Build, mentor, and lead a team aligned with company objectives. • Develop and implement scalable team structures for rapid growth. • Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals and development opportunities. • Define and execute efficient implementation strategies for customer satisfaction. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer success, preferably within a SaaS or HCM technology environment. • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing large implementation teams in a fast-paced, high-growth setting. • Proven experience in building and scaling teams, processes, and organizational structures to support hyper-growth. • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Experience implementing best-in-class methodologies, such as Agile, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks. • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Deep understanding of HCM technology, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce solutions (preferred).
